Any contact information provided is used for the sole purpose of receiving communications and/or services from Nikki Wachter Coaching LLC. Your contact information will never be sold to outside parties, it may be entered into communication management domains. User information (name and email address) is stored only for the purposes of maintaining communications for the duration of the business. No PII is collected by this organization or website.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

All payment policies, including specific policies around refunds and returns are described in individual client contracts and agreements. Nikki Wachter Coaching LLC abides by the ICF Code of Ethics and the company holds itself to an extremely high standard of client care. Any concerns about payment, refunds or returns should be directed to nikki@nikkiwachtercoaching.com. Any ethics concerns can be reported to the International Coaching Federation.
